    Thanks Francesco.
    Once I get to a good point with the lights and shadows I experiment with the filter 'effetto ritagli' (I'm using PS in Italian). You may adjust the opacity of this new layer with the filter to 40 per cent or so. After that it's just a radial blur for the wheels.
